I have E51 with new battery that had a recent software update.  The phone now appears to wake up on its own, maybe after receiving sync from e-mail, and go into some infinite loop.  This causes the phone to heat up and drain well or fully charged battery.  the phone does not show any activity on the display.  The phone did not do this before the software update.

Is this a bug in the new software? This is not a malfunction of the phone itself as I know of another phone of the same type that does this also after the software update.  What can fix this? It is useless to have a phone that drain's itself quickly without any use.
