According to nokia you can use GPS in offline mode, so I activated offline mode, switched WiFi on and started maps....everything went wrong ! There was no data received through the WiFi at all, the mobile started hanging and when I turned to general mode I couldn't get data through the mobile network either ! restarted the phone and the 3G was back but the WiFi still not receiving any data ! Can anyone try this same scenario and check with me please ? Till this moment my phone is acting bizzare, the screen won't unlock even when using the side switch and the power button doesn't respond...wish they add a reset button to these new phones !

GPS in offline mode is an option within the maps application itself.

Maps application has been updated in Nokia Store with cool widgets for one more homescreens. Hope you have updated.

If you have problems or to solve common problems, you can restore the phone, goto settings>phone>Phone management>Factory Settings>Restore.

This option only restores all the settings.
