I put some movies on my nokia 5800 Xpressmusic but he can't play them. 

It is a good format but he sais he can't play the movies?

 

Can someone help me? Thank you

Have you checked resolution? It might be bigger than what the 5800 can support. As a rule, try to convert all videos to 640x480 when using them on 5800.
